So here it goes:

You will need:

2 eggs

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, or half a teaspoon of vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

1 and a half teaspoon of baking powder

1 and a half cups of whole wheat flour

2 cups of milk

1.) Mix in all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until combined (Make sure not to overmix, otherwise the pancakes will be flat, dense and not fluffy).

2.) Pour about half a cup of the batter into a slightly oiled pan and wait until the pancake form little bubbles at the sides, than flip.

Enjoy ;D
